Friends of Scratch-TW (Scratch台灣愛好者社團) 是一個由Scratch台灣愛好者所發起的非營利、非官方的中立團體。Friends of Scratch-TW主要將源自MIT Scratch與Harvard ScratchEd所提供的開放軟體與教材，進行中文化並彙編於網站上，讓更多台灣的兒童、家長、老師來使用。所有衍生著作遵循其原始著作所標註之創用CC授權條款。

Friends of Scratch-TW aims to be an educational nonprofitable organization in Taiwan. Our mission is to gather latest Scratch-related resources (i.e., Scratch projects, Scratch learning materials, Scratch educator guides and etc.), translate them into Traditional Chinese (TC), and make them more accessible to Taiwan learners, teachers and parents.
Since Friends of Scratch-TW was founded from 2016/07, the voluntary members have contributed a lot of energy and passion to build up this Website (https://www.scratch-tw.org) as a portal for curating Scratch materials. So far, all TC Scratch resources on Friends of Scratch-TW are collected from open resources facilitated by MIT Scratch (https://scratch.mit.edu/) and Harvard ScratchEd (http://scratched.gse.harvard.edu). All the translated derivatives follow the original licenses, we also report all the translated derivatives back to MIT Scratch and Harvard ScratchED as to acknowledge their contribution.

Scratch中文化教學資源是由方毓賢、Dnowba、Fred Huang、方泰翔所翻譯與製作。Friends of Scratch-TW網站（scratch-tw.org）是由方毓賢所設計與管理、由方泰翔支持營運。Friends of Scratch-TW運算思維活動是由Dnowba、Janice、方毓賢、方泰翔規劃與組織。Friends of Scratch-TW電子月刊是由Janice所設計與管理。Friends of Scratch-TW臉書專頁由方毓賢、Janice所組織與管理。Scratch挑戰賽是由Fred Huang、Janice所設計與管理。
